今天我们来学****关系副词和复合关系副词的用法，先来看下关系副词
关系副词。关系副词引导定语从句，总共有4种：
关系副词使用要点：
① 在修饰限定的定语从句中，除where以外，when 及why可以省略，而how一定省略。
例1. I shall never forget the day (when)she came.
例2. that’s the reason（why） he left.
② 当where,when,why,how所修饰的名词若置于be动词之后做表语，可以省略该名词。
例. that is ( the place) where he was born
③ the moment … = the instant … = the minute…，这三个短语均视为副词连词，之后的when均省略。等于as soon as 的意思。
复合关系代词，引导定语从句
代替人: whoever (= anybody who) ...的人
whomever(= anybody whom.....的人
代替人或物: whichever (=any one which/who)
同类中的任何一....
代替物: what (the things which)所有..东西
whatever (= anything whi.....的任何东西
复合关系代词用法
① 代替人时，使用whoever或者whomever，但是whomever 不能做主语。
例1.  whoever(anybody who) makes such a mistake should be punished
例2.  Give it to whomever( anybody whom) you like
② whichever 的用法：whichever是指同一类的任何东西。如三本以上的书中的任何一本。
There are many books here, you may take whichever you like.
③ what 的用法： what 的使用比较简单，但要注意以下原则。
一是前面不能置先行词
二是将what 视为the thing/things which.
三是what 在所引导的定语从句中可作主语/宾语/表语
例1：What bothers me is that I have no time. (what在从句中作主语)
例2：I don’t believe what he said （what 在从句中作宾语）
④whatever 的用法。Whatever和whichever的用法很相似，但要注意，whatever指的是不同类中的一项（如房子车子手机中的任何一项），而whichever指的是同一类中的一项（如三辆汽车中的一辆）。
例：Whatever he said is true (=anything which he said is true)
他说的任何话都是真的
