第三段——发出倡议

第三步　斟词酌句　润色升级
1．用not only...but also...改写第3句话。
Not only does the ocean offer us sufficient food，but it also maintains the balance of nature.
2．把第4句话改为被动语态。
Garbage can’t be thrown into the ocean.
3．把第6句话改为“the more...，the more...”结构。
The more people are involved，the better the ocean environment is.
