About a year after I moved back to my childhood hometown, many people asked me a same question: When are you going to buy a house? They made me nearly crazy. Today, I write my ideas about it on this post. I will send the passage to my friends to let them know.

For example,when the wind blows down the fence, I don't have to deal with getting it fixed. That's my landlord's responsibility.
Without buying a house,I have more money to do my favorite things. I like learning a lot. I spend much money learning things on the Internet. For example,I learn VBA of Excel. It helps me do my job better.
