Last weekend, my friends and I visited Beijing Zoo. It was a really exciting trip. In the morning. We got there by bus. There are many animals in the zoo, like lions, giraffes, pandas and koalas. My favorite animal is lions. They are very scary but funny. Oh! When I first saw lions, I felt really excited. I didn’t know they really eat meat. I saw a lot of animals there. （Besides, it was really cool to watch an animal trainer (驯兽师) training the lion.） I was so excited that I couldn’t say a word. I was really interested in that. I took many photos in the zoo. In the afternoon, I went to the gift shop and bought some gifts for my brother Alan. I think he would be really happy. I had a really nice weekend.
