I began my career in human resources and have changed my job several times.Now I work as a mobility consultant(安置顾问) in the relocation industry and have 11 years of experience in this position.My primary responsibility is to manage the relocation of corporate employees.I oversee the entire move process from the household goods shipment to home purchase at the destination.The position of relocation consulting is the perfect fit for me，as it calls on my communication skills and longing to help people during a stressful time.
I learned in a hard way that we shouldn’t take anything personally.Since transferees(被调任者)are under a great deal of stress，there are times when they vent(发泄) their frustration on the consultant who is leading the relocation events.Once a customer was so upset and she actually brought me to tears.Since then，I have learned how to be understanding without taking the anxiety and tension of the transferee.
The most important lesson I have learned about being in the workforce is that，although it may take several job changes before a position or company feels right，every work experience is an opportunity to grow.Each job，even the ones where I was not successful，provided me with a new skill set，professional contacts and a clearer awareness of my strengths and weaknesses.
