十、书面通知
书面通知又称为通告或布告(Notice)，是部署工作、传达事情、召开会议所使用的一种文体。其格式如下：
1．标题。书面通知要在正文的正上方写上Notice或大写NOTICE。
2．正文。即通知的内容。
3．落款。书面通知要标明通知的时间和单位名称。书信式通知的日期可写在右上角；布告式通知的时间一般放在正文的左下角，要低于落款(单位名称)。
1．开头用语
(1)May I have/call your attention，please?
请大家注意一下，好吗？
(2)Attention，please，everybody！请大家注意！
(3)I have an announcement to make.
我有一件事情要宣布。
(4)I have something to tell you.
我要告诉大家一些事情。
2．正文部分常用语
(1)There will be a talk this afternoon.
今天下午将有一场讨论会。
(2)The Student Union has decided that...
学生会已决定……
(3)We shall have a lecture on...
我们将举行关于……的讲座。
(4)It has been decided that we’ll pay a visit to...
已经决定我们将参观……
3．结尾部分常用语
(1)I hope you can have a good time.
我希望你们玩得开心。
(2)Everyone is welcome to attend/take part in it.
欢迎大家参加。
(3)That’s all.Thank you.就这些，谢谢。
